Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- English fluency and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to direction from Manager
- Responsible “self-starter” who keeps commitments to deadlines
- Comfortable with a high volume of work when necessary to meet deadlines; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan
- Project management - ability to prioritize and manage your tasks effectively
